






TThe Regent Street Association's goal – to create a greener atmosphere every Sunday in July – led to a variety of activations from retailers and sponsors.
The Summer Street on Regent Street event series ran for 7 years, with Wilde Ones managing every edition. The role extended beyond production management to offering guidance to all parties involved.
With limited build time, focus was placed on managing sponsor and retailer expectations while delivering a time- and cost-efficient event each weekend.

Drawing on experience, guidance was provided to the various stakeholders to create suitable activations for the street.
When necessary, decor, branding and sound systems were provided, and production was managed for those requiring technical support.
With only two hours to clear Regent Street after the event, striking the right balance between aesthetics, cost, and practicality was crucial.

With three entertainment zones at Summer Streets, content management was essential. Working within the Regent Street Association’s event management structure, collaboration took place with experienced partners.
Over the years, KP Events became an integral part of Regent Street’s character, consistently delivering high-quality entertainment that aligned with the event concept.
Throughout the entirety of the event series, the entertainment consistently delivered a quintessentially English day out for those passing through.
