Case Study | Lululemon x Harrods

The Lululemon team wanted to inject some energy into their new window display at Harrods in Knightsbridge.

As one of only three events held at Harrods each year, Lululemon aimed to make a lasting impression with a spinning class to remember.

Creating a compact space for 20 fitness enthusiasts to feel the burn throughout the day meant working in a tight public area outside one of London’s busiest stores.

With Lululemon teaming up with workout experts Psycle to ensure the classes were of the highest standard, the event space had to be primed for some serious sweat.

The audio system was finely tuned to the location, and the attentive Lightwave sound team ensured that the levels were spot on throughout the day.

Producing bespoke areas in tightly-packed locations creates a unique challenge for the Wilde Ones team.

Thanks to a clear-thinking client and punctual suppliers, the best use of a tight space was made.

The additional crowd and traffic management support from Total Event Solutions was up to their usual high standards, ensuring that the installation and removal of the area—even at peak times—was a straightforward process.
