When the NFL came to Regent Street in 2013, global event agency Wasserman Experience reached out to Wilde Ones for site management.
Since then, a strong working relationship has been built with Wasserman Experience, and the NFL on Regent Street became an event the team always looked forward to working on.
The complexity and scale of NFL on Regent Street brought unique challenges—success relied on careful attention to detail and flexibility in the planning process.

Planning the site layout was one task, but planning each vehicle's movement added another layer of complexity.
With access routes blocked at certain times during the build phase, ensuring each team reached their location on time was a crucial part of Wilde Ones' role.
To plan, toy cars were used for a mini-rehearsal of vehicle movements, helping to identify potential blockages on the day.
It wasn’t just for Hamleys Parade that the toys were brought out!

Each iteration of NFL on Regent Street brought changes—some subtle, some less so.
In 2015, the introduction of a 200-piece marching band to kick off the event certainly raised a few eyebrows in planning meetings.
Laying out the street infrastructure to create an "easy" route for the band, along with parking their 7 coaches, were just a couple of the obstacles overcome on the day.

Whatever went up had to come down—and with NFL on Regent Street, it also had to travel to the next event the following day.
It was crucial that each element was cleared as quickly as possible for its next destination.
Wilde Ones' communication with all parties before the event ensured a smooth and swift breakdown, allowing the job to be completed and giving the next show every chance of success.

Through working with Wasserman Experience, Wilde Ones are delighted to be associated with the NFL.
Consistently delivering on such a prestigious and well-managed event was as enjoyable as the job itself.
The crowd energy and the high level of production are exactly what we get out of bed for—it’s what makes the whole experience so rewarding.
